this morning i am thinking about a sweet little girl named kate. she made her way into my heart about 5 months ago and continues to amaze and break me at the same time. her birthday is december 26th and she will be 6 years old. kate has cancer. a painful kind of cancer. the kind of cancer that will put her into isolation on christmas this year and for her 6th birthday. my eyes are wet this morning for this little girl. my heart aches. praying for her journey today. that the cancer would be gone when they go in this month and try to find it. praying for a miracle.
